Entrepreneurship & Investment Track

Entrepreneurship & Investment Track is brought to you by Draper University, Silicon Valley's top entrepreneurship program founded by venture capitalist Tim Draper. Our E&I Track is a new platform for investors and entrepreneurs designed to provide them with the opportunity to discover innovative investment concepts and approaches to growing their businesses through a series of hands-on sessions, case studies, inspiring and insightful panel discussions, and networking. Participants will build synergies and tackle topics including exponential thinking, technology and investment trends, how to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem, and angel investing. The E&I track also features a training session for startups on best ways to pitch their ventures. The goal of the E&I track is to help participants grow their businesses and set up future collaborations by connecting them with an extensive network of American and Turkish investors, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and mentors in global entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Press Registration

There will be a special Press Room, with internet access, available for credentialed press. All sessions of the Annual Conference, with the exception of the meetings of the Boards of Directors, are open to the media and on-the-record. Lunches and dinners will be provided in the Press Room. Press Application Checklist: (1) Valid press credentials. As you can anticipate, security will be tight and want everyone to feel at ease during the conference. (2) Photo ID (if not on press credentials). We accept the following credentials (unexpired): (1) Washington Foreign Press Center Credentials (2) Department of State Credentials (3) White House If you do not have the above credentials, but are a member of the media, then please apply noting your affiliation. We will make a case-by-case decision after reviewing your application. Please be prepared, if asked, to submit: (1) Your media outlet’s masthead, stationary, or business card, with your name and title; (2) Letter of assignment on official company letterhead from an editor of a recognized publication or a producer of a broadcast program certifying that you are covering the conference for the respective news organization; (3) Printed or online article clearly displaying authorship. While onsite press registration is allowed (space permitting), we highly encourage you to submit your application now. The American-Turkish Council reserves the right to refuse issuance of media badges during advance or onsite press registration.
